Even with all the information in the form of blogs, podcasts, books, magazines, reports and whatever else is there it was exciting to hear the Oprah magazine online presence announced in the Wall Street Journal.

Why is it exciting? Because this lady is always encouraging all of us to live our best lives regarding our body, mind and spirit with good books, talk shows, healthy eating, special gifts and so much more. Having this new online presence lets you research items of interest, get inspired and it just feels good. It comes from a place of vibrancy that is contagious.

As you step away from work this weekend what can you change to improve your quality of life and those around you? Will you start that daily 20 minute walk you have been planning, clean that closet to obtain some clarity, or seek to snack one less time per day?

 

There are many ways you can come up with a simple step to start on your best life but its in your hands to decide and stick with it. Once you take that first step you will take more. It could just be having one less can of soda per day which equals 12 less teaspoons of sugar per day. So its finally Friday. Some of you will go to dinner with family, head home to prepare for the Sabbath, spend excellent time with your families, see the latest released movie, go to a Broadway show, shop for some new fashion items or celebrate the day and weekend in your own way.
